    Mr. Ken Aboutaam was raised in Windsor Ontario Canada. Educated at the University of Windsor and Wayne State University. He began his professional career in 2001 as a Financial Security Advisor and Investment Representative working for LONDON LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY AND QUADRUS INVESMENT GROUP. In march of 2003, he established A.J. & Associates Immigration Firm Inc. and focused on the business side of the Immigration practice. In 2004, he resigned from the Financial Investment industry and become a full time Immigration practitioner and focused on growing the firm.

    Mr. Aboutaam is a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant and is in good standing with the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). He is also a Commissioner for Oaths in all provinces of Canada including Quebec and in all Countries. Mr. Aboutaam is recognized and authorized by the Canadian government to represent your interest.

Ms. Ran Huang LLB, LLM, MBA.ESQ
ATTORNEY AT LAW

    Ms Ran Huang was born in Guangdong province, in southern China. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Economic Law in 1995. While she worked as a licensed lawyer starting in 1996, she continued pursuing law, and earned her Master degree in Law in 2002. Ran furthered her education internationally by earning an MBA degree from Murdoch University (Australia) in 2003, then LLM degree in Indiana Law School (USA) in 2007. She has been a licensed member of the New York Bar since 2008.

    Ran started her professional career working as a government Attorney. She handled the litigation in over 300 cases, including civil law disputes, torts, contract disputes and criminal cases. Since May 2002 and before she practise law in North America, she worked as an Attorney at Law in the Guangdong Team Win Law Firm, headquartered in Guangzhou, China. Ran represented private and publicly held companies, and counselled management on issues relating to business formation, shareholder relationships, employment matters, financing issues, transactions between businesses as well as the purchase and sale of businesses and their assets, including intellectual property.

    From May 2006 to the time before Ran joins our firm, she has worked as an associate attorney in AWB Legal Services LLC, in Indianapolis, USA and Windsor. Canada Ran has acquired legal experience in the areas of immigration law and business investment law. Now she is in charge of our Chinese group practise and provide widely consultant and litigation service for clients related to USA immigration matters.

    Ran currently is active member of Chinese bar association and Guangzhou bar association and New York bar association as well.
